Parawan Thai Massage

I had a voucher from this business I bought for my mum from my dad for Christmas on 12 December 2018. The Australian Consumer Law states that businesses must honour gift vouchers for a period of no less than 3 years. When my mum died of pancreatic cancer my dad gave me the vouchers to use. I myself have just gone through breast cancer and I was so looking forward to a massage. About 15 minutes in, the owner came in and told me she would not honour the voucher and that I was to get dressed and leave or pay. I explained the law but the owner wouldn’t budge. I did not want to fight so I went and sat in the car and cried. I was so looking forward to that massage. I will never go here again and I am a local.

The worse thai massage place i’ve been to, absolutely not worth the money.I paid for 1 hour, and received only 50 min massage, the massage therapist did not wipe away the oil after the massage. Also all the staff were talking in the kitchen and laughing to each other. Very unprofessional and do not recommend anyone to visit this place.

Absolutely wonderful massage. I’ve been working from home the past few months and developed aches all over and in just 90 minutes I’ve been relieved of most of it. I chose the oil massage but the therapist used a combination of techniques to target all my sore areas and gave me a good stretching too. Cash only but really good prices.

On Friday we booked for three reflexology appointments for the following Saturday, we booked the 45min session at $55 per person. Upon paying we noticed that a sticker had been on only the service we had ordered now charging $60 per person. So as a result we didn’t tip and won’t return - a very shortsighted business plan one would think.

All of the practioners in this business provide an excellent service. We highly recommend them to all of our guests. Their service is of the highest integrity and modest premises are all ways spotlessly clean and hygienic.
