Not a good experience. I was there for Groupon SNS manicure and pedicure and felt like Groupon customers were treated differently. The main lady beautician was not takingmuch attention. Walk in customers were given more priority than me. Was there for almost three hours.

Every time I visit this place, it always has something different to offer. Good experience would’ve been a welcome but it’s the opposite.This time it’s about the pricing of mens haircut. The price posted on the walls clearly specifys the price for a haircut. It was a 20$ haircut and I was told that it was 25$ and when I asked why, they said cuz I got a fade. How absurd is that?The reason why I wrote this here not cuz I had an issue paying the 5$ extra.It’s about professionalism and having business ethics. I get triggered when someone does this to me.To share an incident from this same place, it was some time ago around 2 months back. A kid was getting a haircut before me. Now remember for kids it clearly says 15$. Once the kid was done, he charged the kid 25$. When I confronted him and asked why, he told me it’s his business and he has every right to charge whatever he wants.Perhaps he forgot that this is a country where one has to abide by the set business rules.To share one more horrible experience, I went there to get a haircut and he was giving a foot massage to one of the female clients. When I requested him to wash his hands, he was adamant that his hands were clean. I had to walk out after he was reluctant to wash his hands.Now those that read this might think why I keep going to the same place. It’s because this is the nearest to my place and makes it convenient while shopping for my essentials too.But I won’t be going there anymore and I urge those that intend to go to this place to check the price of the haircut before getting the haircut.This guy and his wife is full of surprises.For once I really felt the need to report such business practises.Dear owners, please be better. Cheating a customer for a 5$ will have a far greater consequence on your business.Words travel faster that your short term business tactics.

I had a bad experience having my hair cut and hair colour in this salon. I paid $200. No changes in my hair colour, same colour as before. I chose ash blond. I am not recommending to any one for hair colouring. This salon is not the best.

I've been going here for two years. Friendly staff, they always do a great job of my nails and they are the most reasonably priced nail salon around. Highly recommend

Will never recommend to any one! they destroyed my nails after i took off the manicuresNo customer services at all as they hang up the phone on the face while i was still talking!They redeem my voucher, even though i didn't show up for the second time

I had a haircut, it was good. The service was fabulous and the staff was great. The barber is also friendly and kind.

I was gifted the shellac manicure and pedicure from Groupon and I’m so glad! I have been looking for a new nail salon for a while and this will definitely be it! Lovely salon and the staff are very friendly and take care of you. I’ll definitely be back :) Thank you

First time visiting & for the first time ever i got offered a tea or coffee & actually got a proper foot massage with my pedicure .. let me tell you it was amazing, also got sns with tips and love them!Very polite and i didnt feel like i was being rushed through.
