Beds R Us - Dapto

I went to both Warrawong and Dapto Beds R Us fantastic staff and Brenda at Warrawong was more than helpful with my choice. Picked my bed up from Dapto and spoke to a man there so friendly and helpful. The young man that loaded our mattress into our Ute was just as friendly. Well done Beds R Us.

I bought a bed from beds r us dapto the costumer service was good however they took 2 months longer to put the bed together and deliver it than originally quoted and the mattress has a faulty spring in the bed which is poking holes in the mattress there refusing to fix it cause it doesn’t fall under there warranty which I thought was the point of a warranty. I won’t be going back for a k you would think you have a warranty with the product.

The sales lady was very knowledgeable and friendly. She showed us exactly what we wanted ( a single trundle bed and mattress) and it was delivered on time two days. We will definitely be back.

(Short Story)Walked in sceptical, walked out content, wake up this morning with our new mattress feeling unbelievable, something we have never experienced before.(Long Story)15 years ago after a bad experience after a heap of money spent, we told ourselves just buy a bed and throw it out. cheap and nasty the same thing.... right????Wrong!Would like to thank Phil for a number of things. He actually listened to us, tested our sleeping positions, our heights, body differentials, surface effects on each other depending on weight distribution and then filtered it down to 3 mattresses.All sounded great. but the scares of being mislead by other companies was still there.We received delivery of our new mattress and after 2 nights of sleep we felt what we never felt before waking up...... No pain, and actually feeling great you want to get up because you have actually slept.thank you Phil.absolutely perfect and your expertise is one to be very very proud of.

I highly recommend the guy who sold me my mattress he knows what he's talking about a lot of knowledge on spinal problems. He picked the perfect mattress for my spine the best mattress I've ever had. The thing I was most impressed with was that he didn't sell me the most expensive mattress he sold me the most suitable mattress. It was an enjoyable experience and I had a great laugh as well.
