Giuselle Bathrooms

I cannot recommend Giuselle Bathrooms enough! I went with Joe largely because of the google reviews (and they were spot on – from start to finish, Joe was meticulous in wanting to get everything right) and because, of all the people that I sought a quote from, he was the only one that listened to me when I said I wanted it to be beautiful.Joe and his team turned my tiny very functional bathroom into a stylish bathroom and laundry that maximises the space and is just beautiful to walk into. Before/After photos below. They will be more expensive than others but are absolutely worth it and Joe and Michelle were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. I’ve recommended them to all my friends!

Joseph was truely amazing throughout the whole process of our complex, high end, bathroom renovation.From our first meeting, I had immediate rapport with him and absolute faith in his ability to solve all our problems ( of which we had quite a few).His calm and patient manner was so wonderfully encouraging throughout the whole process.Joseph is an excellent communicator and I always knew exactly what was going to happen each day and in what time frame - I loved this !I can’t believe he is such an expert in so many different facets of the bathroom renovation. Throughout, Joseph has always been attentive with any concerns I had, considerate and provided me with his honest opinions, which I valued. Although I did not have a chance to meet her, Michelle was so lovely to deal with – I think she and Joseph make a great team.We are very happy with our bathroom. It is a sanctuary of calmness and a soothing space. Thank you Joseph and to each of your team for your fine work!(General Tips: Do spend some time at bathroom showrooms to familiarise yourself with products and Do stow away objects and keep surfaces clear before the first day of work which involves demolition to make things easier afterwards)

Joe delivered on every promise he made, well within the time and the cost he quoted. Joe made it an incredibly smooth process, despite it being a complete renovation of two bathrooms and a laundry in a small apartment with difficult access. I have had 3 bathroom renovations done by Giuselle bathrooms and I couldn't be happier. Joseph is a perfectionist and ensures that every aspect of the job is completed to the highest standard (including tiny details that I hadn't noticed myself). In the process of renovating my powder room, he discovered a leaking pipe in my kitchen and fixed that too! At the end of every day, Joseph was meticulous about cleaning up which made going through renovation a lot easier. His designer Viktoryia is artistic as well as practical in her suggestions, and Michelle in administration is efficient and friendly. I would have no hesitation in working with them again.

We would recommend Joseph and his team. He has created 2 beautiful bathrooms for us and we are delighted with the results. They are beautiful and functional. There were many problems with our old bathrooms and Joseph and his team spent time ensuring they laid solid foundations for our new ones, repairing walls, plumbing and wiring which had been poorly done with our previous bathrooms. Viktoria provided us with extensive guidance on choosing fixtures, tiles et. which was invaluable and was flexible with a lovely manner. She also has a great eye for design. Joseph is highly skilled and is a perfectionist doing a thorough job. He is polite and respectful, and always made sure everything was left tidy at the end of each day. I would recommend them.
