Lovely experience with people on the phone at customer service. Spoke to Mike and Dan in store, both super helpful. However, Amanda at the registers was rude and unprofessional. Suppose some customer service training may be required to adjust that attitude, and make the experience a bit more enjoyable.

Love Dapto Mall and the staff at Big W are always lovely too. Just need to move the Junkies away from one of the entrances to the Mall being asked for smokes and or money so often is a turn off, especially when you are with children.

A large store situated on the first floor, accessible by lifts and elevator. Sells all the family necessities. They have a laybuy and other payments available. Outside the store there are to large sofas for customers convience. They sell bikes, trampolines, books, shoes, jewellery, clothes for all the family. Manchester including bedding; a large range. Heating, coolers and Christmas gifts and wrapping paper, cards, camping gear and toys for the kids. There is also plenty of car parking. Three levels for the plaza convenience.
