I knew what style looked good on me, and she trusted me enough to go with it, and with her personal touches and ideas i had the dream wedding dress. Thank you JAsmine for being so easy to work with and reassuraing that it would all be ok. I would not hesitate to recommend you and use your services if i ever need formal dresses made again.

Jasmine helped me to design and create the dress of my dreams. She explained what would fit my fuller figure. I wanted princess, sparkly and glitter and wow Jasmine delivered. My dress fit like a glove. Sooo happy

Jasmine is an amazing dressmaker! She works with you to create the dress of your dreams. Her expertise is vast & she helped me right down to giving me advice on what style of shoes would work with the dress. I had a wedding during Covid so my family could not attend. Now Imogen is converting my dress into a short cocktail version for my belated Nth Qld celebrations with my family.

Jasmine was very accomodating with altering my wedding dress. She had taken the front hem up so I wouldn't trip (Short people problems).... Very polite, lovely nature. Highly recommend.(edit: this was a while ago)

Everything was running smoothly until I received my dress and the work I had paid for was not the work she completed. Due to the poor quality of the work my dress came apart not long after putting it onand I spent my entire wedding day trying to hold my bust in and I had to carry my train as the bustle she added also broke.I contacted her to provide feedback and she blamed me for the dress breaking stating I must have pulled it, and was extremely rude and unprofessional. She posted on her business page agreeing I must be a bridezilla when all I did was provide feedback. She refuses to respond to messages and has deleteComments from her Facebook page to cover the facts. I never asked her for money back or anything just wanted her to be aware of the issues and that it wasn’t what she had charged me for and I got an unprofessional and unacceptable response. I would have gladly dealt with this in a private conversation but she won’t communicate which is extremely disappointing.
