Nice products and customer service, however prices are more expensive than ordinary products and the cashiers do not accept refunds which is definitely against the law. A rainbow pastel reversible octopus was $10 AUD >:(( I'm never going shopping here for the next 10 years and I hope refunding will be accepted for the future.However, I would suggest to add price tags for each product. Applying the price tags may take a lot of time but it can inform customers how expensive everything is. I would also like it if the prices are lowered

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. On numerous occasions I have visited, it has been a constant argument to get a refund on broken and non-working items. This was the last straw as no amount of reminding the staff that they are not following the correct law for consumers, so I am writing a review to warn others that you will likely be scammed by this shop. The owner/cashier is the rudest person I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Listen to your customers and follow the LAW for consumers in Australia! The Glen should seriously consider their rental agreement with this store.

Bought some glitter paint for kids that was clearly mouldy and not fit for sale. Not only did they not refund me but argued that it was ok despite all other packs having the same problem. Almost accused me of doing it myself even though it was sealed. Didn’t take the other packs off the shelf. Against consumer law in Australia. Very rude and dismissive. DO NOT shop here.

I bought 5 items from this store. They charged me an item twice. Was in a rush so didn’t think to check. So be warned. If you buy from them, make sure you check your receipt before leaving. They deliberately overcharged. I know now in hindsight because the lady behind the counter spoke to the other lady who went to check the price of one of the item and she said “the price tag is too cheap” after she heard the lady say the price.Seriously, if you put out a price to sell, then don’t try to double charge your customer just because you think whoever priced the item had charged lower than what you would like.

Very horrible lady didn't honour the price label. Also farted 5 times in front of customers. Very bad Smell.

Rude cashier - eating and coughing a lot as I’ve come up to pay with my baby in a pram. And when I asked if she could please use the hand sanitiser on the counter she was so offended and rude! Calling me “disrespectful”

the cashier is so rude, didnt honor to the price on the sticker. My kid picked one of the toys from the shop and the marked price was five dollars something, when we were about to pay, the cashier lady told us that the price on their computer system is eleven dollars something, and she couldnt honor to the stickered price！How funny!

Do not shop here. Their attitudes towards customers were awful. They just refused to solve the problem.
