Caravan Refrigeration Service Plus

Contacted this company on two occasions one was a toilet cistern fault and the second time was my refrigerator both in my Motorhome.On both occasions I was helped out promptly.I was given some very professional advise regarding an upgrade on the solar and some additional wiring to connect a solar blanket a portable winch and a 12 volt compressor, also advise on the cleaning process of the vehicles air con filters, all was addressed by Malcolm.I found Malcolm and Marie to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful going the extra mile in specialists on the product they sell and service.Thank you for your help and advise and looking forward to your estimate which you are preparing for me on my proposed motorhome upgrades.

Rang about having my Dometic air conditioner checked out. The lady on the phone was so helpful and ask some we questions and basically did a diagnosis over the phone and made some suggestions on how we can do a temperature check on the system ourselves, not only saving us a trip to drop off the van, but also money.Thank you so much and we will be calling should we need service in the future.
