This is the first time I have engaged Eckermann Plumbing.The young person who came to service the Bosch Hydronic Gas Condensing Boiler was prompt, professional, and courteous in carrying out the work. What I especially liked was the person was open, and responsive to my questions in a quest to want to learn and understand more about the system. I will definitely use this service provider again. :) (sorry to the refer to the technician as 'young person' as I forgot your name).

Dylan and his crew installed a heat pump hot water service and another heat pump for underfloor heating where other companies told me it would not all fit. He explained the space requirements and ensured all clearances were met for optimum air flow. A professional install in a difficult location, I'd definitely use Eckermann again.

A phone call to say they were running 3 hours late would have been appreciated. However they did come on a day’s notice and were well prepared and efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Can’t recommend these guys highly enough, removed and took away our old Hot Water Service (Including panels on the roof) and installed our new Sanden Hot Water Service. Left the site clean and tidy and the install job itself looks very neat and tidy.
