Impact Carpet Cleaning

When the cleaners attended my property they advised they would shift furniture and clean underneath. We sent them an email days later as this was noted as not being done on our final inspection. We then received an unprofessional email in response and would not recommend them if you have a furnished area needing cleaning.

Impact Carpet Cleaning was able to fit us at the last minute, when an appointment with another company fell through, with same day carpet cleaning! Great customer service and very friendly! They are priced well and provide an electronic receipt on the spot. Highly recommend these guys!!

These guys are AMAZING!! They have helped us out at the last minute and came to the rescue as our rental was due for hand over in a couple of days.I strongly recommend anyone needing their carpets cleaned to go with this incredibly well knowledged, happy and helpful team.They are extremely well priced and actually show up when they say!Once again, my partner and I are extremely happy with the guys, results and price.

Booked online for a carpet cleaning, was sent a confirmation email for someone to come between 8-11am. Waited around for 3 hours no one showed up tried phoning and emailing with no response. Waste of time.

From start to finish my experience was exceptional. The online booking form was really easy and straightforward to use. The service itself was done really well and efficiently. They were also very professional and friendly. If I could give a higher rating I would.

You said that you cannot find my details in your system therefore you have not done a job for me.I have all of the email correspondance between your business and myself detailing both my dissatisfaction with the job you did and also the failed end of lease report in relation to the unsatisfactory carpet clean.Your quote was inclusive of a 3 bedroom house with a large living area, because of the living space you quoted me for a 5 bedroom house to which I agreed and paid my money. The cleaner was there for no more than 25 mins and left. I am now in a 4 bed home with a smaller living space and to do the rooms and living space it takes me over an hour...I also have a copy of the end of lease report including photos detailing the failed end of lease inspection in relation to the nasty carpet clean.2. Who would pay $1000 for a Carpet clean anyway"Me. That's who. After paying for your less than satisfactory carpet clean I then had to call in a more reputable carpet cleaning business who blitzed the clean and we passed the inspection immediately.I might also add that the first line of your response email to me begins with "unfortunately we do not offer refunds under any circumstance" so I had no other choice but to pay almost $1000 to have the carpets cleaned after the job you did. Further to this I was not offered a return visit to see if the situation could be rectified - I spoke to fair trading when you refused to provide a refund and fair trading advised that the least you should have done to rectify the situation was offer to return and assess the carpet to see if it could be fixed.NO this is not a fake review to damage your reputation. Quick to respond to jobs. Straightforward and honest with work. They even came back to fix up a tough stain free of charge. The two blokes really cared about the end result and work earnestly to ensure no stain or dirt was left on the carpet. Couldn't recomend more highly.

I booked carpet cleaning with Impact and had to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice, understanding and when I insisted on paying for the inconvenience, he would't let me. I haven't had my carpets cleaned but I'm already impressed with the professionalism. I will be using them in the future.
