We were frightened to trust another vet after a bad experience that cost me my other dog. Reluctantly and with much hesitation and fear I went to my local Greencross Vet. They are a franchise and I guess they are all over Australia. I can't tell you how fn relieved I am that these doctors are ethical and non-discriminatory. Roy likes his new doctor and I know I can feel reassured that they care about my little furboy. I recommend Greencross 100,000%.

We are so grateful to the team at Greencross Vets Palm Beach. We recently walked in unannounced with our sick dachshund, who they have seen a few times over the years. They gave him such amazing care and gave us excellent advice. The next day we sadly had to return to put him down, and the entire team were so professional and caring. We were absolutely devastated and the team handled the whole thing superbly. Can't thank them enough for understanding just how much our dog meant to us and for looking after us all.

We switched from our vet to get a second opinion when we were told our 7 month old puppy had kidney disease and not given much clarity. They have been so amazing so far. As first time dog owners we had no clue what to do when we found out. They have thoroughly explained what kidney disease involves and when they got results back from elsewhere the vet even called and stayed on the phone with my for 50 minutes outside of a vet appointment to answer all of my questions and help me genuinely try to understand what the results meant. If you’re looking for a vet clinic that genuinely cares about you and your pet- look here!! We are so thankful x

We were so grateful to Greencross Vets for saving our very sick Puppy. They were professional and caring. They explained every step and we were so comfortable leaving our Puppy in their care.

Excellent Vet, Dr Suzzanne. Gave Very good attention to our 9 week old Jack Russell and gave us lots of pointers. Good counter staff & very helpful and friendly. I can definitely recommend this Palm Beach Vet Clinic. We will certainly be back for any further care or attention.

I have been into this vet clinic 3 times now with my puppy and the staff have been exceptional. The front reception staff are extremely welcoming, proficient and knowledgeable, and the veterinarians are both absolutely fantastic. They made sure that my puppy was at ease and was happy to be there, they were extremely helpful to me as a puppy owner, and generally it was obvious that they loved their jobs. I am so grateful for the service this staff provide so that going to the vet isn't an expensive and dreadful experience. Thanks guys!

This is the best Vet practice on the entire Gold Coast. In every possible way. From the moment that you make your initial call - the staff go way above and beyond. Natalie is amazing, and has helped us out so much with my cat who needs particular food, and when none was available she searched and even made an account with a different company to get him food that was identical.Susan our vet, is amazing!!!! My boy cat has walked funny for a few years, and yet every other vet on the Coast that I asked told me he was fine, he wasn't sore nothing was wrong. She went to the trouble of putting his front feet on the table and watched how he got up, and he favoured one of his legs to pull the other one up !!!!! So, I wasn't silly - he does have issues there. It is not painful, but if anything happens in the future at least I have peace of mind that she knows exactly what is going on. She even had the lovely older gentleman Vet come to have a look ....They even let me take my girl cat in to give her her worming tablets as she bites and scratches, and makes it so difficult that I accidentally hurt her throat when I did it. So, it means the world to me that they get the nurse to worm her for me when she needs worming.They don't try to push money making things on you for your animal. They do what is necessary, and are so thorough and so understanding if my pain is bad and I have to cancel an appointment. They all go way above and beyond to make sure that you can get everything you need for your pet.I cannot recommend Palm Beach Greencross Vets enough.... We travel all the way from Miami, but I would travel from anywhere on the Gold Coast to go to them and will never go to a different vet ever.You will be so happy and confident and know that you and your pet is being looked after in every possible way, and with so much care and love.Thank you all so very very much.
