Hey I bought a tripod from your company. Took 6 months to receive and after four uses it no longer works (I DID NOT leave it locked) after calling your customer service person I was consistently told the only way they break is if you leave it locked. Which I’ve clearly stated I didn’t. But was told that I could send it back from Perth too Geelong at my expense to have seen too again too get told yet again it would’ve been my fault as they do not break unless leave locked.
