Had a screen replaced 2 days ago now touch screen doesn't work.When asked to refund they pointed to the no refund sign ......soon rude and cheap parts used .Don't use them for anything

Last week I took my Samsung Note 10 plus there to get a screen protector. They charged me $40 and exactly after 1 hour under the screen protector was full of air bubbles. Asked them to fix the issue 3 times in a week. I was only told that It's completely normal as your phone sides is curved! We cannot refund or replace it as the phone is curved".I'm not sure why before charging me for $40 they did not tell me about curve sides of my phone!!!! Never go there"

We tried to fix iPhone in here, the next day screen turn black, we back to the store and technician not working on next day. So we back another next day, but the technician said she saw a scratching( which I can't see ) and refuse to change a screen, or she offer a 10% discount to fixed again! What a ridiculous that she just want to earn another $260! We spend $295 and the phone can only work for 1 day!

Worst phone shop ever! I bought a popsocket and screen protector that broke within the first week and a screen protector that cracked without dropping it. Staff were very rude and refused to replace/refund. Never shop here.
