I went with a group of friends to celebrate their birthday (11/3) and was absolutely appalled by the lack of floor staff at the bistro. Only four people and two were standing around doing nothing. We're not told which items were / were not available, and food came out in intervals (30mins - 1hr later) when we all ordered at the same time, for the same table. Meals were even more disappointing, with the pork cutlet being burnt, the pizza tasting like cardboard, and the parma having way too much breadcrumbs clumped underneath a thin layer of chicken. The only good meal was the garlic bread. Drinks (martini and lemon lime bitter) did not even come to our table when we asked multiple times, only to be given the same response. Ended up getting them just before the bar closed. Was really hoping to have a nice meal out with friends but was left unimpressed.

Food was adequate but the wait is NOT worth it. It was a family member's birthday and it was ruined because the food took nearly two hours to arrive. Staff had ceaseless excuses for the late but if they cannot cope with the pressure then it's a fail from me.

Went here the very first time since the place burnt down many year ago and stood standing as a shell for many many years. On first appearance on entering the main dining room, it was very short on customers and seemed like a empty barn. However from there things picked up. The staff were both very professional and friendly. There service and attention were excellent. As for the food it was delicious. I got my standard Parma and the other half peppered calamari. I enjoy writing reviews like this one. If you read my other reviews they are not always good and I have no connections or ties with this hotel.just stopped in for lunch prices were on average for a hotel

Been a few times & must say each experience has been a little hit & miss.. But last night was ok overall. Decent food, some dishes had cold chips.. but not too critical l guess.It did come out quickly considering it was busy.Only negative was we felt very rushed, literally after mains a waitress cleared the table of everything.On that note we decided to have dessert elsewhere!! ( 7 of us )A tad disappointing to be fair..It’s not like they needed the table.

Middle of the road pub food with plenty of room for improvement. Many dishes were too oily or greasy. Food is presented well enough and there are some gluten free options available. Service is reasonable, but not great. There is an indoor area for kids to play in.

The food was fantastic and you have a beautiful staff work her and wonderful chef cooking. I will recommend this to my family and friends.

Had dinner here recently. We ordered on the QR code on out table and the food was with us within 20 minutes.The chicken burger was delicious and the prawn pasta was well done with plenty of prawns! Will be back again!
