This company advertises products that it does not have to sell. Update 13/05/2022 19:34. This company contacted me to ask me to change the rating; not to solve the problem. It has has now lied about the circumstance in the reply below. I have all the evidence and can post it if needed.

Fantastic service. Super quick delivery. When I placed an order it was followed up with a phone call just to confirm as there were two different phone types in the order. Order placed November 13 2022. Order is still awaiting fulfillment over 2 months later. Contacted twice via the customer order portal with nil response, hoping this gets their attention otherwise next call is the ombudsman.

Fast delivery and great customer service!Bought a couple cases and one came faulty, which was resolved within 24 hours when i contacted there customer service. Sales rep, Phebe, replied very quickly and sent a replacement case with a return label so i can send the faulty one back, all within 24 hours!Received my new package via express and absolutely happy with it.Recommend all to shop their otterbox accessories here :)

Claim to have items in stock but then 3.5 weeks later ask for a status update only to be told they don’t have my case in stock and couldn’t tell me when it would arrive.Receive a follow up email advising that it will take a further 3 or more weeks as the product isn’t even in the country.Misleading and deceptive for a very expensive case $120 AUDEDIT: I have edited my review as the customer service provided seems genuine and like they care. They have assured me that the item is coming and so hopefully it will arrive soon.
