Plenty of parking staff are very friendly I was in and out in no time.

Lift was out of order, which makes it difficult for people with disabilities and you have to wait in a line outside until let in by the security guard. I don't have an issue with waiting outside but with no seating for people waiting, again it makes it difficult for anyone with a disability.

Dealt with two different staff members sitting behind the counter. Very disappointing. One of them came across as grumpy, prejudiced and patronising on three different occasions. She didn't know the process of converting an international driver's license to QLD licence. In fact, I had to remind her of the process.On a brighter note, the gentleman Ray taking my driving test was great. He immediately put me at ease. Kudos to Ray for being professional, yet pleasant.

Chivalrous, humble and astonishing service from 4 different staff members. (GO WOOLSEY CHICKS YOU ROCK IT TRUE LOL) I hadn't heard that about this branch but didn't really understand it until I experienced it myself. If you love your jobs/customers that much, just quit. Stop inflicting your amazing attitude on the people you are supposed to be trying to help.

Paid my rego in cash got a receipt. Thinking it was in there computer i threw the receipt away. Only to be told a fortnight later that my rego still hadnt been paid, so i had to pay twice as well as late fee's. If anyone is seeing jane at the counter just be sure to get a receipt and hold on to it. She probably uses the said money for more makeup or botox. My expeirence with this department was dismal, to say the least and ive never in my life been late in paying my rego. So go figure.

Went with my daughter to complete her application for her learner's permit. She had completed and passed the online test, collected all her identity documents, and just needed to be issued with the licence. The ticket machine you are required to use to direct your enquiry didn't really address our request, so we just chose the closest one to what we wanted, and waited. And waited .. .For almost an hour.When we finally had our number called, we were told my daughter needed to provide a document containing her signature.* She doesn't even have a true signature yet* No bank cards, licences etc have a signature on them these days* Why would she even need it when she had all ID including Photo identification?But it gets better!!She now has to find someone who has known her for over 12 months, is not related to her, and holds a position such as doctor, JP, lawyer, police officer etc.She could have a teacher do it but of course it's school holidays at the moment!What a joke TMR.
