Just Kids Playcentre & Cafe

We had our daughters 4th birthday, hired the venue for a Sunday evening, to say the least, staff and service was amazing and a 10/10. SO easy to deal with, so helpful, even on a normal play day, will happily refer for parties or a casual play! Thanks for having us host a perfect night!

Thank you to everyone at Just Kids Playcentre & Cafe! We absolutely loved everything about it you guys did such an amazing job with everything. The kids loved it and couldn’t stop talking about it. We loved Mario he entertained the kids and so did our very own Hulk. The avengers room was just perfect. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

I took my almost 2 year old here and sad to say we are unlikely to return.I saw on their Facebook page that they replaced and did some maintenance on the play equipment. I was sadly disappointed that the play equipment was old, dirty and falling apart. Metal bars not covered with padding, padding duct taped and cable ties sticking out to poke/scratch/injure children.It is well overdue for some serious maintenance, deep clean and replacement to some equipment.The center was chaotic and a lot of lazy parents not supervising their children.Staff should enforce the entry guidelines; ensuring parents are supervising their children, no shoes on equipment, no food or drinks on equipment and ensuring older children stay out of the younger play area.The service from the woman on arrival was lovely, however all other staff were young teenagers who lacks customer service skills and looked like they didn’t want to be there.I watched as a family waited 3 minutes to be let out of the center. Which is a long time to wait when you have children throwing tantrums because they don’t want to leave.Overall the center entry and food was fairly priced and they made a great coffee.

Good place to spend some timeI recently took my kids to this indoor playground and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The facility was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep my kids entertained for hours.One thing that really stood out to me was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were having a good time and offering suggestions for different activities to try.The play areas themselves were also top-notch. There were slides, ball pits, climbing walls, and more, all designed to be both fun and safe for kids of all ages. My kids particularly loved the trampoline area and the obstacle course.Overall, I would highly recommend this indoor playground to any parents looking for a fun and safe place to take their kids. It's clear that the staff takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time.

Great space for kids! My kids are always entertained. The staff here are friendly and the centre also has an amazing change room for parents with their babies. Also, their baby/toddler section isn't boring.

I recently had my sons party here and truly disappointed with the service provided. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of the centre leading up to the bday and the communication on the day wasnt the best. I had 25 kids & When you are paying such a high price per child you would expect a space and seat for each child and to receive jugs of water for the kids tables and adult tables which i didnt even know about until half way through the party. The coffees on the tab also took almost an hour to come out.The playcentre itself and equipment are great so is the food quality. The kids love it and i have been several times however the communication and effort in running the business itself could be a lot better.
