Endeavour Foundation is the Headquarters home of the organisation for the care of people with disabilities. Originally an association for the intellectually disabled, Endeavour has grown to be Queensland's largest service provider for people with disabilities and is aiming to lead the transition into the National Disability Insurance Scheme with innovative solutions to the needs of participants with all types of disabilities. Endeavour has accommodation, training and employment opportunities in place staffed by fully trained carers and supported by IT systems to simplify the billing and invoicing demands of NDIS. Great place to work

Amazing place to work with people who want to make a difference.

They run a million dollar plus house, car, cash/gold, boat lottery every month! It's impossible to get off their emailing list when you stop giving them money and request they stop contacting you. See screenshot. Winners full names, details etc are never seen publicly every month for such a huge lottery which is bigger in terms of annual prizes than a RSL lottery. You get by email, as an example The lucky winner of a life changing $500

Terrible place to work. Clients are treated badly and staff think they are untouchable. Kingaroy residential houses should be closed.
