Jim's Cleaning New Farm

Flavia was an incredibly rude and unhelpful cleaner. From the very first call she lacked professionalism and wasn't able to tell me how many hours the provided quote was for - only that 2 cleaners would attend. One the due day of the clean I sent a text message with clear instructions of what I would like looked at. However before an attempt was even made to clean anything, I was told that wiping a few marks on the wall wouldn't be done. I was also told that if I didn't like the price I could find someone else. I'm yet to make it home to see if anything was even cleaned. Very disappointing experience from Jims who claim to vet all their cleaners.
