A nice cozy house to yourself. With external gardenside BBQ and jacuzzi.The hot bubbling jacuzzi is great for winter dips. The only downside to this place is the lighting outside the house is far from adequate. Hard to BBQ at night when you can't really see clearly.

House we stayed in smelt of damp, needed a good clean & updating. Light in bathroom didn't work. TV downstairs didn't work. Couldn't turn on gas heater in living room. Exposed wires in alarm clock. Was very disappointed

Good location, quiet and spacious. The house was however tired, with several things such as bedside light, window blind and 3 of the 4 stove burners not working. Limited supplies, no milk or shampoo provided. Little things like this don't cost much to provide but do make the world of difference to guests, when there are no nearby shops to purchase such items.

Lots of space, decent Wi-F, a pool and loads of cooking gear. It's also walking distance to the beach, a cafe and a pub...what more could you want?

The accommodation itself is fine, it is fully equipped and very clean. But the complex or the town itself is not very safe. Our picnic chair was stolen after the first night, we had them stored in the open garage, those chairs doesn't worth much hence we put it there in the first place but they were still stolen after the first night despite the complex was quite occupied when we were there. So if you are planning to stay here make sure to be alert and careful with your belonging!* Edited as I think it is not justifiable to remove 2 stars from this review because it is not the accommodation fault that our items got stolen.

Break Margaret River Beach Houses
One of my favourite accomodations I’ve stayed in in WA. Love the location as its close to the beaches and just about a 10-15 minute drive into town. All rooms were nice and clean and included a well equipped kitchen. Easiest check-in and check-out and local people are always so nice! Only thing I didn’t really like is that the walls are quite thin so you can hear everything, especially the neighbouring people/cars outside. But would love to come back here in the future!

Not impressive. Junior suite at level 1 does not have any wardrobe! Merely a clothes rack. Door unable to lock! Not dressing table! Only one ceiling light works out of two. No bedside lamp! Worst of all , no curtains ! Only blinds that doesn't work...... naturally awaken at 5.30am fr e daylight. Worst than working days.I wonder is it a room in e first place. No pride.
