I am a insomniac!!! Well that is how I was described. :o(I also experienced discomfort in my hands, pain in my feet, gastro-intestinal issues and general feelings of loss of strength, wellbeing and losing control of my life. I genuinely felt that the joys of life were ebbing away from me, existing on 1.5hrs to 3hrs sleep per night did not give me the energy to enjoy my life as I have. I remembered when I was on holiday in Tasmania five years ago that I attended a reflexology appointment and it was one of the highlights of feeling wellness again for a short time. I loved it, I walked tall and relaxed after the appointment and enjoyed a feeling of wellbeing for a short time.Given this experience I searched the internet for a local, qualified and well reviewed reflexologist and my return to wellness journey began after my first appointment with Anne from 'Energy Reflexology'. It is not an exaggeration to state that my life has changed. From after the first appointment with Anne Hilarius-Ford I began to sleep between 7 & 10 hrs per night. My sensitive/sore hands and feet eased beginning to regain some strength. My appetite stabilised (given I was now sleeping at night I no longer looked to binge eat). My once healthy dietary habits returned and are maintained, oh joy! My husband is building me new gardens so that I may return to gardening, which I so love and now have the energy for.But most importantly; Anne has taught me how to maintain my health and sleep patterns so that when I feel a sleep challenge I can put that into practice and return to good sleep. I can never thank you enough Anne, I am blessed with your skills, knowledge, caring professional clinical care and I am committed to seeing you on a regular basis to maintain my health. I am no longer an insomniac!!!!

Anne attended our carers respite retreat and treated our participants. Everyone of them loved the experience, she bought so much love compassion and energy to our retreat. We will definitely be having her back for future retreats. She is so professional and really we all highly recommend her services.

I felt like a new woman after only one session with Anne. I felt lighter and my back pain is virtually non existent in the mornings now. I think she performed a miracle. Over the past couple months Anne has also helped me to overcome my bladder issues. The points on my face (as well as the feet) where she treats, are not as intense anymore. She has provided helpful information both inside and outside of the room and opened my eyes to some important key factors I was oblivious to, in taking care of my health and wellbeing. I went for 3 or 4 sessions and felt a big difference in many ways! Sadly Ann had to move from Melbourne or else i would have kept visiting for treatments. My sleeping pattern improve, my appetite and body pain especially shoulder also improved and i was so impressed with the feet messages.

I met Anne in 2021 and she started treating everything that hurt me, I was interested in Reflexology because my mom is a therapist and she knew very well what this therapy was, I haven't seen my mom for three years, and I'll be with her after 3 years due to the Covid situation, and then it will be my first therapy with her after a long time, so I thank the universe and God for having put Anne on the path, she has treated and cured me with my diverticula and the injury on my back , i got injury in my Disc L5 7 months ago, Anne knows a lot about reflexology and has studied a lot, she is a wise woman with high energy and a beautiful soul, now I think that after a year we are friends and she has become my therapist favorite is also a healer and works with reike through her powerful and miraculous hands, a week ago I had a lot of pain in my back because I had had a risky experience again with my back, she was healing me for more than 30 minutes and the next day Saturday and n the morning I was able to run without pain, her therapy is super powerful and you can feel how the organs of your body are moving, when she works through your feet and also when she does reiki on you, I have also felt the healing with my diverticula and now They don't hurt me, I believe a lot in her therapy, she is a very special woman.

Every session with Anne has facilitated a considerate process of unpacking the complex layers of my sense of awareness and provided me with inspiring and practical approaches to extend her support and guidance beyond the session. Sense of time alters as soon as you enter Anne's space. Everything slows down. I commenced regular reflexology sessions with Anne is 2016 to address a number of health issues. Three and half years later, reflexology played a key role in healing my previous health conditions and has relieved any kind of physical and emotional discomfort I may be experiencing.Anne is very passionate about her work and genuinely cares for her patient’s overall wellbeing.
