SYC - Sunshine

Showed up for an appointment. Waited 15 mins to be told I had to be registered for 12 weeks before being able to see anyone.I asked if I was going to get any help at all, was told not till after 12 weeks, but that in the meantime I would still have to attend to have my name marked off. Waste of time, no help at all.

Some of the staff at Job Prospects would look hilarious on the missing persons list. I guess that explains how much job seekers hate them.

I have unfortunately had to visit SYC recently due to centrelink processes, i cannot fathom how this place functions. Every single person i have spoken to is extremely rude and aggressive, borderline abusive. They are excellent at name calling and belittling people ensuring the client feels as low as flea's on dogs before they leave. I sincerely hope anyone looking for work or help DOES NOT attend this place as you will leave with not only no help but with the heavy feeling of helplessness after visiting. DO NOT ATTEND, file a compliant with the head office and centrelink. People like SANDRA, LORRY and many more should not be working there. SYC Sunshine you should be ashamed of how you treat people. The whole place is toxic and needs to be closed down.

These people are air thieves. They don’t do anything for anyone’s employment opportunities. The government has created a whole stage of “fake jobs”, whereby they have government incentives to make their quota of putting people in full time employment. If there was no incentive, they’d just sit around on Facebook all day!I got my own employment, in the industry I’ve been in for more than 15 years, above the award, middle management - so I ain’t starting at the bottom (again!) - and the “professional” that I had been assigned to was indignant that I couldn’t make the job interview (an interview!!) because I had 12 hours paid work that day.You people have lost sight of what we, the unemployed, are trying to do. Survive. By whatever work comes along if necessary. Enjoy your air conditioning. So out of touch.

Pretty average job prospects establishment. Fake and plain depressing staff that don't usually do their jobs properly. If you end up here, find a job fast in your own way because these guys don't really care, they just want to get paid at the end of the day

The job situation is pretty bleak in sunshine. They do their best to find me a good employer. Excellent service and down to earth people.
