Kate was so wonderfully responsive and accommodating with a very last minute placenta encapsulation request. I felt so cared for with her services and she provided a wonderful service, going out of her way to make it a seemless process for us with a very quick turn around too! I was lucky enough to have a home birth - so it was up to my hubby + midwife to follow her clear instructions to store the placenta for pickup. Kate was so professional and swift, she got my encapsulated placenta delivered back to me so quickly and was able to start taking them within days after giving birth.
