Carpenter Cabinets

Carpenter Cabinets manufactured and installed our kitchen cabinets and stone tops through our builder.The two-pack paint had a lot of imperfections, all door and draw edges were left rough and not sanded, all our cupboards and draw fronts were meant to be full gloss but they were damaged when they cleaned them after installation and now they look 30 years old.The stone tops in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry edges are not square with the top surface, the stone splash back and stone tops do not match up at the ends of the counter in the kitchen.Island bench corners are rounded off and not square, under bench was not polished, inside corner edges are sharp and dangerous.All these items were listed in the Cabinet Makers Association of WA report that we had done.We do not recommend using this company.One star is too good for this company.

Did all the cabinet work in our new house from our sketches. Gave us CAD drawings to review. Had great consultation with Gavin and took on his suggestions. Cabinets were just perfect. After-sales service has been brilliant. Just can't fault them. Highly recommend them.

I had provided my plans for a quote. I wasn’t asked any questions about which area I was wanting a quote for (it was just going to be a small laundry). A few days later I received an email saying they were too busy to assist.I understand the high demand at the moment however I wasn’t even asked any questions about what I was wanting or when I was looking to have the job done. I was willing to wait until they had the capacity however I wasn’t even given that option. Will not be recommending this company.

I had Carpenter Cabinets do my kitchen renovation about 3 years ago, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted but they were able to assist & offer suggestions, I was extremely happy with their service & expertise, when it came time to renovate our main bathroom & laundry I contacted them again. Another extremely successful renovation & the outcomes were great. Finally it was time to renovate our ensuite & I had no hesitation in contacting them, again extremely happy with their work.

Words can't describe the quality and the professional service we received by Carpenter Cabinets team. Doing kitchen renovations is not an easy task but the Carpenter Cabinet team made it all too easy with their years of design experience we were able to transform our kitchen into something modern, stylish including a breakfast bar with an 8 seater stone waterfall bench top. Absolutely kudos to the team for been patient with us and for delivering on time. Being able to see the kitchen design via 3D computer graphics makes it real and engaging. We enjoy our kitchen every day... Thank you so much!

Waste of time. Came to measure on Wednesday and told I would have the quote on Thursday. It's now Monday and still haven't received anything.

Had these guys custom make a vanity for our bathroom. They did a fantastic job so friendly great service all around, they worked with us to get exactly what we wanted, the finished product is amazing will definitely be using them again

Great quality cabinets built to my own custom design, installed on the date originally given to me and installers left the job cleaner than when they arrived
