I highly recommend Charles Stuart.I needed a professional historical property valuation for Capital Gains Tax calculations, dating back to 2005 on a pair of duplex units. Charles left no stone unturned and completed a very detailed valuation report and was able to justify his valuation through thorough research and documentation. Clearly this was more than just an opinion, and I feel confident based on this report, the amount of CGT will be calculated by my accountant based on evidence and I won’t pay more than I need to, or be left wondering if I’ve paid too much.
