If I could give a 0 I would. After realising a package was going to thr wrong address I rang at 5.30pm and spoke to a woman who assured me it was not in the process of being redirected and to not stress about it.Advised I would recieve an email confirming the redirection.Called again at 8.03am the next morning to confirm again as I had not received an email and was told it would he taken care of at 9am when the lady came in.Package got delivered to incorrect address at 8.23am and when I rang I was advised it would be recollected.Received an email at 2.30 saying it's not going to be recollected and won't be redirected.When I called and stated that 3 separate employees ensured me that it would make it to the right one I was told aww well I just got your case to bad.Absolutely disgusting communication between employees. After being advised 3 separate times to not worry it was all taken care off.I wouldn't ever use this company again if my life depended on it.

Terrible experience on 2/2 deliveries so far, 100% non sense tracking update, says delivered when we have not even opened in the morning.Missed our embargo date for release orders to customer, unfortunately, our supplier use them for some reasons, Definitely not recommend if you value your customer!!

We have had efm save our online art business $$$ in freight with the solution they provided us after switching across from using a carrier direct. The customer service has been fantastic and to date we have had no issues with any damages which has been great given the fragility of our goods. Would highly recommend.

over a week to get a small parcel from Sydney to Newcastle, first excuse - couldn't find the street - funny we have been living here for more than 10 years, all the other transport companies can find us- even Australia post! second excuse- called at property today- not known at this address- so where have I been living for the last 10 years- and where do I live now? today we were promised the parcel would be delivered by courier, as it was at the depot and would be delivered today, it's now after 5.15 pm - still no parcel- how could you trust these people to deliver something valuable- it's a pity you couldn't give them a 0 rating because thats all they are worth

Not the greatest experience. The driver attempted delivery when I wasn't home and instead of leaving a collection notice and dropping the parcel at the post office that's 500m up the road (or the other one 1.5km up the road), opted to NOT leave any note and drop the parcel 3km away.Good effort.

ZERO stars for an incompetent service and coordination. They talk the talk and don’t deliver. No one gets back to you when you make multiple calls. 2 terrible experiences back to back with this company.First delivery was damaged at the initial sorting warehouse. It sat there for almost a week as no one did anything about it. It took me to make multiple phone calls between them and sender to sort this out. I was doing the leg work and calling around, this IS NOT my job. You get paid to do this not me. Item was redespatched. Now only one item has arrived and the other one is floating somewhere in the system and finally arrived after an astonishing 2 month delay from the date of posting, yes 2 month delay , you read that right. Please use this as a benchmark if you ever use this company, and figure if you can live with these sorts of timescales. In 2022 this is an absolute joke and words cannot describe the frustration of this delay. Third world countries do better, this is a national embarrassment. Even accounting for the recent floods, other deliveries that were delayed were delivered weeks ago ( from other carriers). You have been warned.

Would have to be the worst company of any type I have ever dealt with!!Have had nothing but excuses after excuses from them and cannot for the life of me get anyone to return my call in a timely manner. Have been waiting on a parcel for over 10 weeks that has been lost resent and then lost again. Account manager James has all the talk but no action whatsoever and then passed me onto someone else who again can't return calls. Do not waste your time or money dealing with this company.

First and foremost, EFM lost our parcel. Their customer service was extremely terrible. Neither were helpful. Instead of trying to help, they keep telling me standard answers that does not provide any constructive solution. Once pushed, they finally decide to investigate and guess what, they admitted the parcel is lost!Alarm bells start ringing when you realise your parcel has not arrived after more than a week and there was no scan on the item's tracking number to determine where the parcel is. But these fools at the contact centre are just too lazy to do their jobs!And why provide a tracking number when you cannot even track where your parcel is? It should have been scanned at every single depot or stopover that the truck made, unless the truck has been running non-stop for more than a week.Avoid if you can.

Never came across such annoying delivery firm ever. My delivery order is stuck with them since 20 odd days and I am still waiting for partial delivery. Im chasing them up everytime to give me an update but no one calls back.Well it’s my product so I will still have chase them on monday for undelivered stuff.PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS NOT COMNG THROUGH THIS COMPANY. AusPost is way better!
