We ordered a Tucson back in January from Rob and was told it would arrive some time in June/July. He was fantastic with providing constant updates along the way. This is a friendly reminder to future customers of Hyundai Cranbourne to be warned when you choose to service your vehicle with them. Make sure to check if they really are providing the service that they claim to have done. I went in today and got my routine 105k km car service and it included the TIRES BEING ROTATED since it was never rotated for more than a year. I marked both my front tires with ink as seen in photo below, when I got home and remembered to check, my 2 front tires are STILL at the front. What a joke! I investigated further and called them on the same day, and again they confirmed that YES they have rotated the wheels. Very dishonest and lazy service. PAYING CUSTOMERS DO NOT DESERVE BEING LIED TO. Who knows what other missing tasks they have done in the past and people just pay for it because they just trusted them. Now I am in doubt if the additional service I paid for such as AC filter replacement and brake fluid flush was actually carried out or not. Lesson learned: Never going back to this branch.
