Actually use it for the Library (and aircon). They have plenty of seating - from bean bags armchairs and tables with chairs. Also good free wifi and charging points. PC's are available but you may have to be a local. There are newspapers and magazines too. Toilets are in the lobby. Good,, quiet spot for travellers. Have a look.

My granddaughter is a choir member. We attended their concert at the City of Fremantle Towhall. I thought the choir was absolutely wonderful. The townhall is located in the portside City of Fremantle. I love the Victorian free style interpretation of classical architecture in this building. I thought the Corinthians pilasters, rusticated floors, and pediment windows reflected the 19th century design. Beautiful!

It's under construction right now when I visited in Oct 2016. The entire building is covered up.

Nice building and surrounding but also somewhat scary while appreciating the building. There is a man at the main entrance shouting for ppl to get off the land. Was scared for a moment when the man started to walk towards my direction. Maybe safety could be more assured here....

Staff at customer services were very well informed and helpful with my application for a resident parking permit. I found the various permits on offer quite confusing, but they explained it all and sorted it out in no time.
