Exceptional experience and customer service! Everyone was so kind and really welcoming, booked an hour massage 100% will be going back, never felt more relaxed.Highly recommend cannot wait to return, definitely a new regular :)

We paid for 60 minutes, got only 47? On Questioning she started arguing & said look at my clock. I told her the same because I always time it on my watch.Full body only covers back, didn’t cover feet or front legs or head like most places do.Very unprofessional.Won’t come again. What a scam!

Made an appointment and when I got there was told there was no availability, despite them having booked me via text message, and just told: sorry about that. Outrageous. Won’t try again.

I just called this place asked how much is the Full Body Deep Tissue Massage with grape oil and she said $85 añd I'm like a What? $85? I said to her..in your website is $70. and I did ask few questions she can't even give me the answer...very poor customer service. I'm frustrated.She should hire a receptionist, someone who can understand and can answer the customers inquiry because it is very important if you are in a business.

I had a good time at Sakura. They provided me the very good massage. Their masseuses are very friendly and nice to me. Before, there is one lovely lady and l told her that my shoulders are a little bit sore. She tried her best to release my painful shoulders and reminded me that what l can do and what l could not do after massage. I still remembered that and very appreciate it. For sure, l would like to visit them again and enjoy their lovely massage ！

Booked for a 1hour relaxation massage. I turn up for my appointment, they have no recollection of the booking I had made 2 hours prior. They went into the back, then came out a few minutes later and told me they could do a 45 minute massage. I agreed.They walked me to the room and then told me it would be the same cost for a sixty minute massage once again I reluctantly agreed and handed her the cash.At this point she lightly pats my back (way lighter than what anyone would consider a massage and she goes this a relaxation massage if you want harder you need to pay more.This was my tipping point not only did they forget my appointment but then tried to fleece me for money. I saidNo no I don't want a massage any more"The women who had understood me fine thus far then started to pull the"Sorry my English isnt so good I don't understand" shtickI went to relax and instead I left more frustrated than when I arrived"

Had very sore legs, lots of standing @work and post - spinal fusion surgery.My therapist was Tiffany. She was amazing. Targeted tight muscles and tendons and went to work on the side areas and amazing relief.She gave me the best targeted treatment I ever got.Usually you ask for what you want and you get a generic massage includes some shoulder, some back etc. But Tiffany was not generic. Will sure go back. Highly recommended.
