My husband and I got married on our ten year anniversary and wanted a wedding to remember. From the very beginning we knew we were in good hands with Hillstone. Lauren and Jess did such a fantastic job to ensure the day was as stress free as possible. They accommodated to every request and if there was anything that didn’t go to plan we certainly didn’t know about it. The day was magical despite the miserable weather. Rain, hail or shine we still got married and Hillstone made it possible without any issues. If you are looking for a venue with amazing food, views and atmosphere we couldn't recommend Hillstone enough! Thank you for making our dream wedding and 10 year anniversary as special as it was!

The most amazing venue for our day. Jess was a Godsend all day and leading up to. They communicated the whole way and everything was done perfectly. Wish I could do it all again! Thank you so much!!

We had our dream winter wedding here in June 2022. The venue is gorgeous, the landscaping and gardens are well maintained and the staff were amazing (from our experience as well as feedback from our guests) We had 60 guests and used the Rosewood room/library bar. These rooms were beautiful and had character compared to a lot of other venues we looked at. I was worried it might be cool in winter with the open terrace of the library bar but they provided plenty of heaters to keep everyone comfortable. Many thanks to Jess our wedding coordinator who made sure our day ran perfectly, and shout out to Ben for looking after the bridal party!

Hillstone St Lucia is the place you want to have your wedding. We met with many different vendors and Hillstone was the last we visited and after the meeting with Lauren we knew it was the place we wanted to get married. The venue is next level with it's service, communication, planning and on the day activities. I have no words for Lauren, she was absolutely incredible, from the first time we met her in 2019 to when she said to goodnight to us on our wedding night. Lauren was always willing to take my call or emails and answer all my questions (sorry!). Even during COVID-19 the venue was on top of their communication and kept us so well in formed throughout the whole planning process & we managed to keep our original wedding date and all the plans we had in place. The venue is so stunning & makes for the perfect location for a wedding. The food was top notch and all our guests walked away with very full and happy bellies!! The staff on the night were incredible, very warm, happy and welcoming and it made our night that much better. Lauren was very calming when I began to get nervous just before the ceremony & she put all my worries at ease. I cannot recommend Hillstone enough if you're looking to have your wedding there. Had such a lovely experience with this venue. We dealt with Jess and she was so amazing and organised. She helped us organise and plan the entire day, including liaising with all our vendors.On the day they set up our ceremony and reception areas with all the items that were delivered. The venue looked absolutely stunning. Everything went so smoothly, we had our own personal wait staff (Ben) who was an absolute legend and made sure we had everything we needed.Food was delicious, venue was stunning, vibes were immaculate, 10/10 would recommend!

Attended a colleagues retirement lunch there. Venue is attractive on the gold course. Food was delicious and the service good. The room suited the purpose well, AV services seemed good. There is a small walk from the carpark, that may have been a little more full with it being Saturday and golfing.

Recently, we had our wedding at Hillstone St Lucia (“Grand View Room” and “Mango Tree Terrace”).We were so happy throughout the process and especially on the wedding night, not only because of the wedding, but also to see that everything went well as planned and/or requested for. The feedback we received from the family and friends was another proof that Hillstone St Lucia was the best choice for our big night. We were also very delighted and lucky to have “Hayley” as our wedding coordinator. She was always helpful, friendly and flexible with everything. As considered normal for most people, the whole process of wedding can be stressful. We had the most perfect and magical wedding at Hillstone recently. Coordinator, Jess was absolutely amazing from day one and ensured a smooth and stress-free process! Jess was attentive, extremely organised and prompt with communication. She offered many suggestions throughout and was so quick to respond to our many emails and phone calls as we planned the wedding remotely from Far North QLD.On the day, Jess and the entire team at Hillstone, St Lucia were exceptional from the level of care, customer service and hospitality, the beautiful theming and decorations in addition to One Stop Wedding Shop. The food from the canapes to the 3 course dinner was outstanding, and we received many compliments from our guests of the food and service!We highly recommend Hillstone for your wedding day. We had the best day at Hillstone! Special thanks to Phoebe - our wedding coordinator who was just awesome from day 1. We had to change the venue 2 months away and it was very stressful but Phoebe was so accommodating and we are so grateful of all her help! Great venue, amazing staff, beautiful food - We could not be happier! Thank you!!!

Hillstone were a dream to work with for our wedding! Things didn't go to plan thanks to COVID and we had to pivot our 140 person wedding to a 40 person intimate reception. Hillstone were so flexible with our requirements and went the extra mile to ensure our day was perfect! I couldn't imagine it turning out any other way! Lauren did such a fantastic job to ensure the day was as stress free as possible! If you are looking to a venue with amazing food, views and atmosphere I couldn't recomend Hillstone more highly!
