Best help and attention ever!. Caught out with a blown headlight globe and could not remove the globe due to tricky positioning. Had already been let down by a well known auto parts company. The Manager at My Car Blackburn helped straight away, replaced globe, checked all was good and we were back on our way. Thanks for the great service! Do not hesitate, see the guys at My Car.

Excellent Service, incredibly convenient, affordable pricingHave been a regular with mycar Blackburn for several years, have never had a bad experience - the team is immensely helpful and go above and beyond what is requested.Servicing and repairs are completely very efficiently and at a reasonable price. They totally stuffed up our 4wd. Took it to change the clutch, the mycar in Perth broke the gear box, they couldn't fix it within 1 month. We moved to Melbourne, took the car to this shop. 1 months later they said it fixed. However the clutch makes noise and kicks when changing gears. They said we will call you, still waiting. I guess we will see you in court.

After getting a PPI done on my vehicle to pass a roady, my car still failed. The qualified mechanic had not looked and checked my suspension and was found out that the CV Shaft boot and the strut bushes were broken. After talking to the 2IC Aaron about the issue, he went and organised for the store to fix the issue. Never in my life did i think i would prefer a apprentice to do a job on my vehicle more than the qualified mechanic. Aaron has now ensured my vehicle has no issues and fitted new parts needed. All with in 23 hours of my car failing the road worthy.

Brilliant service by Tom and the team. I went in for a puncture repair and they took the time to look over the car and quickly advised that it was repairable saving me the cost of buying new tyres! Very happy with the outcome and the friendly efficient service they provided.

This team is amazing!! Without an appointment Tom and Aiden replaced my headlights straight away (without charge!), as they said it was a safety hazard. From my initial contact with Aaron to the professional, kind and friendly service, from the boys I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, I’ll be back for sure!

Aaron was so helpful to me when my car engine started to overheat and although he was busy and had other things happening/needed to get done, he still took the time to help me and fill my car with water so i could make it home with my kids while it was cold and rainy. he was super friendly, kind and i will definitely book my car services with them in the future because of how he treated me, especially when i had no appointment or booking. it’s people like Aaron who you can trust your car with and need more of in the world.

I had absolutely no break fluid left in my car and the owner of the business Was kind enough to top it up at his expense so I could get home safely as I pretty much had no breaks working and because he Was willing to help me out a few days later went back and got break pads changed and serviced. They did a great job were extremely quick and very well priced I will definitely be calling back in if I ever need some advice or any work done. Thanks again for your help guys its very much appreciated.Regards Sean
