They ordered in a new screen for my Samsung S21 Ultra and it arrived in less than 24hours and was put on my phone immediately. Was $40 cheaper than all competitive shops in town. They even put on a new screen protector which was either free or included in their service. Love that I could text them to organise everything rather than wait for calls back too.

Attention to detail is lacking. If you get repairs done here stress to the owner that you want it done right and check it properly before paying and leaving the store.Overall the prices are good and when prompted the work quality of work is fair(?)We did have some issues but the owner did work hard to rectify the situation. Sadly they use cheap and nasty parts and the poor quality is very noticeable but they try and pass it off as fine. All efforts to rectify the issues we're pointless as they fitted the same dodgy parts.Furthermore they consistently fail take responsibility for their shoddy workmanship (see replies to any less than stellar reviews) and try and blame both the customer and the supplier.

Best phone repair place in Port Macquarie. Always quick service with reasonable prices. They fixed a phone that had been “fixed” (ie several functions ruined) by another phone repair shop and charged me a very low price for it.V happy with these guys
