Very helpful lady, nothing was a problem. The only downside is that the boots I purchased are not stamped with a leather stamp, just a plastic sticker, every other leather shoes I own are all stamped. This is concerning, the owner said they are made in Turkey but I still think they should be labelled as leather. People should not have to check with a leather shop to get authenticity.Unfortunately this is what I will have to do.

So let down by Tahmoor, they promised to hold something for me then sells it before I get there, no hurry she said, myself, my friends and family are no longer customers, no loyalty from you, then non from me, I have been a customer for 20 years, and you let me down big time
