Terrigal Pacific Coastal Retreat

Had the pleasure of staying here with my family for 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you need. The kids loved the massive pool. the location is great and we wilp certainly be back.

Room was perfect, clean and tidy , the bed was super comfy, staff was friendly, recommend to others to stay..

Nice resort, we had a great time staying. Staff are friendlyWalking distance to the beach, if you're traveling with children on the other side of the road, they have a public park.

Had a wonderful stay! Staff and management are friendly and personable. Stayed in a studio apartment well equipped and has everything you need with a pool view. Apartment was clean and well presented. Lovely pool and BBQ area. Walking distance go lagoon, beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place, walking distance to shops and beach.Clean with excellent service. Family friendly and very safe, lots is amenities provided even on public holidays. This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and decorated tastefully. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Good value for money, as well.

Recently stayed and the room was nice but after the cleaning crew cleaned our room my girlfriend noticed money was missing from her wallet.(Edit: response to reply below) We didn't touch the container the money was in for the duration of our trip or even a few days after we go home, it was only as we were unpacking that we realised it was gone and hadn't been used or even accessed.Our bed was made by the cleaning crew and one of our bags (which contained the money) was moved to the top of the bed even though it states in your booklet that staff won't touch personal items. We've emailed you about this issue and sadly haven't received a reply except for this one in an attempt to discredit a bad review.

my wife and i were staying at your retreat on a trip to visit our grandchildren and we went to the local market and my wife bought a beautiful ceramic teapot and we left it in the room in the middle of the bed in the morning when we went to visit our grandchildren and when we came back it was on the ground and smashed :( we went to notify the manager and he was not at the desk. my wife is very upset as we were wanting to have tea together. other than that we really enjoyed the pool and the waterfall it had

It was like a home away from home. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Accomodation was spotless and had all I needed. The bed was amazingly comfy, the pool was a great temperature and the whole place was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend

Amazingly friendly and hospitable from the moment we started in reception to the checkout. There were chocolate bars by the kettle and drinks by the bed that were complimentary.
