Should not be placed on hold when you call. Reception should answer then kindly ask if you would mind holding. So at least then you will know that someone is there.

These people care about money not health. If it was possible to give zero stars I would gladly do so

Dr Michael Rayner - had me walk out of the centre nearly in tears. Firstly, I booked an appointment simply for a blood test and he refused. Made fun of my previous doctor who worked there, and said that 'Naturopaths don't know anything' - which I'm sorry, but they have studied 4 years of medical school, so they must know something. Also stated that 'thyroid has nothing to do with menstral concerns' - which it definetly does. He was rude, condescending and didn't want to help in anyway. Very sad because it's my local, and will now never return.

Turning into the worst medical experience of my life. Saw 2 doctors here that simply do not care, Davari & Landagan. Nursing staff just as devoid of compassion.

Exceptional service and care is always received from this practice. 4 members of my family attend this practice and we love all the staff and doctors. The reception staff always do their upmost to accomodate any requests for last minute appointments and never make you feel like you are just another patient. Bulk billing Mon - Fri is also very much appreciated, especially as Myself and my husband are in our 80’s and are frequently needing medical attentionHaving onsite QML and treatment rooms is also a bonus. All 4 of us highly recommend this practice

I took my son to see Dr Michael Rayner to get a Tetanus booster. The Dr pointed out that my son was also due to get the Gardasil vaccine, I politely declined the vaccine. He began to try to co-oerce me to give my son the shot dismissing any evidence relating to the vaccine of there being negative side effects which have caused death and serious illness. He finally resorted to threatening me that if my son didn't get the vaccine we wouldn't be eligible for government benefits! Thankfully I am fortunate that I do not rely on the government to supplement my income therefore I was able to firmly resist the pressure to get a vaccine whose efficacy and safety are questionable given that there are several lawsuits against the drug giant Merck who produces the vaccine. As a parent I reserve the right to determine what I allow to be put into my child's body especially if i consider there to be a risk of harm. I found Dr Rayner's attitude and conduct to be disrespectful and threatening.

No complaints as I’ve always seen Dr Maria or Dr Ben and both have been great. Marita is also always friendly and professional. The practice is sometimes able to help out via phone appointments, and it’s handy being able to pop in for bloods if required. Parking is usually easy too.

Changing Doctors all the time, poor attention to detail, my wife even received incorrect script from here, the Doctor did not care. My wife went in with a swollen ankle, told to come back in 3 months if not better, at 3 months went back to find out broken beyond repair, now suffering. Was a great surgery years ago, now profit before people. Given 1 star as can offer nothing lower. Be careful going here.
