Friendly service, clean rooms at good prices and hot tub was awesome! Definitely value for money and good spot while you visit Phillip and Churchill island. Value for money.

Great spot to base ourselves for a weekend in Phillip island. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly check in and check out. Highly recommend if your looking for a lovely place to stay while visiting the area!Beds were comfyShower was hotCan’t ask for much more!

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Comfy bed and the shower was hot with great pressure. The staff were lovely and welcoming. We plan on coming back to explore Philip Island more, as its a great location.

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful owner. Older rooms but well maintained. Our rooms were nice, beds were decent. We do recommend to bring your own pillow as you only get one and they are thin.The location is a few mins walk to shops, across the road from the cliff tops of the beach and really is a great little place.Ratings based on being a 3.5 star hotel and good prices.

Booked wrong dates by mistake, the hotel refused to pay back a single penny of the 313 dollars. No words to say but with this kind of treatment is not a recommendation at all. The booking was 1 month later and could have been managed easily but rather choose to be greedy.
