I’ve been taking my dry cleaning here for about a year now and I would not go anywhere else. Excellent job, professional, efficient and friendly service. I can’t recommend these ladies highly enough!

Dropped my clothes for drying in the morning and paid for it. By the time I picked it up in the afternoon I was told I have to pay again plus my clothes were not folded. I didn’t pay again, ended up ironing my clothes cause they’re so crumpled. Went back the next day and the owner was so rude when I approached her. She just dismissed me and said she doesnt know anything about it that she has to ask her staff. I’m disappointed, very.

They do such a wonderful job. The staff are all friendly and kind when I asked them for a big job. And the days the have the discounts are the best. I believe the one now is half priced Tuesday?? And their ironing is great. No wrinkles!

Not the best customer serviceEach time we go there we try get a cost estimate on the phoneWent there and told we won’t know how much till after it’s doneIt was a simple load of towels needing to be driedHave tried them about 4 times and would be happier to drive all the way to Wollongong laundromat ( even though I live at port ) at the can give assured price without even seeing items and prices don’t vary for an extra ten minutes etcAnd the customer service is shocking !!!

Picked up two work shirts today in the most absolute pristine condition, not to mention the fact that the service was affordable as well. A HUGE shout out to Maddy for her professionalism, time and care in delivering my items as discussed. I highly recommend this business. Cheers ladies!
