I have been using this car wash for 4 years. They have always done a great wash but now they are only using the drive through car wash instead of hand washing anymore. The interior clean is still great but my car has been scratched twice since this permanent change and they are still charging the same (as the hand wash) so I am stopping going there.

Needed a steam clean but it was broken so agreed shampoo clean in back of car plus int and ext clean for $150. Not happy with the shampoo clean and int clean. All areas not wiped down and vacuum job not good enough. Disappointing.

After a wobbly exchange refusing deals (we live out of the area) we were very happy with the result ... car looked àmazing, gleaming ànd clean... and àll done quickly and efficiently. There appeared to be a person doing quality checks along the way.

Charged $10 on top of the listed price of $22 to wash my wheels (signage does not indicate that wheels will not be included) and when I got home I noticed my wheels weren't clean anyway. Since when does a professional car wash not include wheels? Misleading pricing, poor quality service.

Poor experience. Very pushy staff member, talks incredibly fast, mumbles, and trys to upsell you deals. The prices are unrealistic for what you get, $200/$300 detailing" for what amounts to an automatic car wash and a quick interior hand clean. Feels like a scam. Also there is no "cafe"

Appauled by this place. The machine tore off a plastic piece of my car which I walked in and retrieved after the wash. I told the staff what had happened and there was no regard or care. I was told it was going to happen anyway". I was then offered a full interior clean as compensation and when I got the car back it looked like no one had even attempted to clean anything...If you value your car

Just wanted my car vacuumed to remove sand after trips to the beach with kids. They charged $30 and did the most appalling job. This was me giving them a second chance after the last substandard job. Avoid!

Hard sell on upgrading wash and annual packages. Glad I didn’t commit because the $99 upgraded wash they sold me was disappointing. Side mirrors weren’t cleaned, dirt and spots in the interior, windshield is still dirty.

I get my car washed all the time at the car wash cafe for convenience as it is close to home, and have been so disappointed each time. I have paid good money to have my car cleaned polished etc and I always feel like the job is half done & super ripped off!They saw me coming! The manager talked me into wax and polish and still had bird poo on it after it was finished.I do not recommend this car wash at all.

I got a full interior and exterior clean done and it was finished in 20 mins. I was charged $200 and it was the worse clean. Various parts were missing including cleaning the rims, areas inside the car etc.I’ve been to other places much cheaper and they have done a spotless job. I won’t be coming back here
