I discovered this lovely shop whilst frantically searching for an Erststwilder Grumpy Bear. I placed a second order the following day but stuffed up my delivery option. I sent an email which was responded to very quickly by Janine. She telephoned me and was more than happy to sort my dilemma. So nice to be able to talk to someone who owns and runs the business. It was a delightful shopping experience. My orders arrived promptly, packed together in the one box as promised and I love my brooches and scarf. I will definitely be supporting these lovely ladies again and hope to visit their shop when next in Sydney.

The package was delivered shortly after ordering in a box with candy cane wrapping and a lovely handwritten note. I ordered a deck of cards and they arrived in perfect condition. Fantastic service, would 100% recommend!

I love this store - they have amazing and unique collection of gifts for everyone and for yourself. Janine is always friendly and lovely both in-store and online. I love her instagram stories, keeping us up-to-date with all the lovely stock such as Erstwilder and many more!! When you open your packages, it is all beautifully packed and you squeal with delight! You can tell she loves her job! Delivery is super quick, with great range of products and awesome customer service. A customer for life :)
