Friendly, knowledgable and helpful service. They have a huge fan of lights and the two staff were smiley and juggling customers like a dream as it was quite busy. Julie was fantastic in helping me with my selection and purchase. Highly recommend this store if you want quality products with 5 star customer service!

We couldn’t ask for a better sales lady than ABBEY. She was very knowledgeable and explained in detail about the fans and lighting we needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to go there again for our future needs.

My family and I used to go to the Malaga store on regular basis where we purchased a variety of lights, lamps and fans - always a good quality and very happy with my purchases. However, there is one staff member in the shop that is always very pushy, arrogant, tries really hard to impose what you should be buying and his manners towards customers are very unprofessional. Please be very mindful when you are buying from this store because if there is something wrong with your item they are very reluctant to do a refund or a replacement even if you have the receipt and the product is within warranty period. This has happened to me and their efforts to rectify this have been appalling to say the least. Although their products are fantastic and always have good sales, unfortunately, I won't be coming to this store ever again as their customer service is disgraceful and a true disappointment!

The staff are very helpful, welcoming and cater to each individual needs.They don’t push sales. Kirsty helped me each time I visited for fan inquiry and guided me well with different types and sizes and uses.Malaga branch is great in customer service.

Bought outdoor lights here on good sale price. Staff very helpful. One light did not fit correctly but staff promptly gave me a replacement and it was all fixed quickly. Happy customer

They wanted $45 for a hard to find small fluoro tube, when I queried the price it was dropped to $25. I did not buy it. Later I purchased the same item locally for $5 and also found them on eBay for much the same low price.
