HUGE IMPROVEMENT AT BAY PLAYBay Play is a wonderful, safe and exciting world for my daughter to play in! She loves running through the maze, going down the big slide, jumping on the jumping castle while navigating the obstacles. And I LOVE that I can sit and have a coffee and a delicious cupcake while she does it!!They have recently added a little kids area that is fenced off from the rest of the centre, my 1 year old loves running around, crawling through the obstacle course and playing in the ball pit. I feel comfortable letting him roam and meet the other toddlers, and then getting in the ball pit with him and having a laugh.Its clean; hand sanitiser on every table, temperature checks at the door. The staff respond instantly to any spills or accidents. The equipment looks new and doesn't look grimey like I have seen in other centres.The price for food is affordable, for the quality that you are getting. The coffee is super delicious (have tried it maaaaany times) and the yummy cakes on offer change every week. And of course, my little girl has tried the chicken nuggets and chips, giving it two thumbs up!The new owners have done a wonderful job. I love that there is a safe, local place where my kids can run and play with other kids, in air conditioning, and I can sit in peace with my cuppa. Thanks guys!

The best way to describe this place would be organises chaos. Put this many kids on a room and stuff is going to go everywhere. Our toddler wasn't really in to what they had to offer. But there is lots to ammuse and snacks/coffee for the parents.

Great new look, clean, friendly staff & above all an excellently priced outing for the kids to have some fun. They made new friends whilst there and simply enjoy each others company all in a safe & colourful environment.Food was also reasonably priced and beautifully made.

My family & I recently went to Bay Play for a birthday party and were pleasantly surprised. We had never gone prior due to poor reviews. Boy were we impressed when we arrived! Everything was new & clean and most importantly the kids (& Husband) had an absolute ball. The food was good & the coffee was great. We will definitely return. Thanks Bay Play!

My son has so much fun at Bay Play, he gets to meet and play with other kids and I get a little down time too. Great food, Bellissimo coffee, friendly staff. My only concern is trying to get my son to leave! :) Also, through these trialling times with COVID it’s good to know your child is playing in a safe and clean area as opposed to a public park that might not get cleaned

Nice little indoor playground. There were a few things for older kids to play on too. The food was very well liked and the kids had so much fun. I had a nice relaxing time aswell. You do worry in the beginning when you first take them and become a helicopter parent. But then you let go and both enjoy the tine there. There are a couple of massaging chairs there too for the adults. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back.

My kids love their visits to Bayplay!Great facilities and amazing choices at the cafe!Can’t go past the Turkish Apple Iced Tea and the Broccoli Salad for lunch!Very friendly staff and service.

I had my sons 1st birthday here yesterday (full venue hire), we LOVE this venue !! Honestly amazing our family and friends had the best time. The staff were amazing and accessible throughout the whole day. The food and drinks were amazing. Aircon and clean great for all ages. Decorations were spot on with our theme and more than what I could’ve wanted. We had so many compliments about the day and can’t wait to go back whether it’s for play dates or more parties !!
