Sweet Temptations Candy Bar
Overall lollies were good and here fast (ordered online). However, the items they replaced weren't close to what I originally order, were worth less than what I paid and no communication to even tell me they had to replace things that weren't available. As this was meant to be a birthday present I had to go replace things by going to a different store. 3/5 would have been a 5 with better communication.

Extremely poor customer service. Unable to supply any of the goods I ordered online, with only a partial refund given. When contacted, the company refused to refund postage costs - despite (none of) my order ever being received. They have taken my money and I have received nothing.In response to their comments (below):We tried reaching out multiple times via email message and calling."I am a health care worker and have been working additional hours due to the pressure on our health system with Covid-19 at the moment. That is the most reasonable explanation for not being able to get through to me. I work shift work

My lollies arrived quickly and it all looks amazing! They didnt have one of the items i ordered but they kindly replaced it with something similar along with a bonus tote bag. Would definitely recommend, I'll be back!

My wife is always buying me my favourite lollies from Sweet Temptations. The bento boxes are great because they don’t take much room up in the truck and I can refill them.

The team at Sweet Temptations go above and beyond. When I went into get some 1kg lolly bags they didn't have any on the shelf so they quickly went and made me up 2 bags while I selected some yummy goodies from the pick n mix section. Thank you ladies I will definitely need a sugar hit again soon x

Always a sweet experience buying from the wonderful ladies at Sweet Temptations.No request is ever to big or to small. I have put in a few custom orders for bulk lollie bags and table centrepieces and there has always been fantastic communication.Will definitely be purchasing from them many time in the future.Great job team!

Super happy with my order! The custom bento box is super cool to have, can't wait to refill it! Also the mystery box was so much fun to open, I was surprised and happy with what I got. Order fulfilment was a little slower than expected but the response to my email was really quick and my order was posted soon after. Overall I'm pretty stoked and would happily order again!

It was fast delivery, was missing a few items that got replaced with other items that were Worth less then the original items and didn’t get anything replaced for my sour sis pickle and didn’t get a refund. Already emailed them and haven’t hurt back. Also the American box was worth $65 and it wasn’t worth it and poorly packed. But overall it was good apart from the few things.
