I don't normally do reviews but I just wanted to say a heartfelt thanks to Alex at Springwood who has helped me with an issue with a Milwaukee sprayer. Stuffups were made on my behalf that made her life a lot more difficult but she worked through and resolved when she probably didn't need to. This was much appreciated and I will continue to be a loyal customer because of her.

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with friendly and welcoming service! Staff were helpful and did their best to assist me. As a tradesperson who purchases items frequently, I value good service and prices and Total Tools delivered on that again today!

I recently went into the springwood store browsing for a new mower and whipper. After doing research online I made an online purchase to collect from the store. Only half the order was ready when I went to collect (even though availability was displayed online, my ideal line cutter being out of stock, and the one I went with displayed as available even though it wasn't). The rest of the order went ahead with mass confusion, partially my fault trying to cancel and reorder the other half of the order as a new sale had started the following week. I got so frustrated I decided to return the whole order. Emily was helpful and understanding and allowed me to return my order without an frustration.The next day Matt called me determined to resolve the matter. He quickly answered all my questions and concerns, and handled the problems with my order in an incredibly calm and helpful matter. Excellent customer service from Matt! I added more items to my order, the rest of the team were friendly and helpful and gave me first pick of the new sales promo gear. Matt was even kind enough to help me load the mower into my van. My bad store experience quickly turned to a positive one.All I can say is going forward I'm better off going into the store when making such a large purchase. The staff are friendly and helpful and can do more for you while in the store. Lesson learnt

Staff are always great and even convinced my to spend more but it actually has proven to be for the better saving me both time and money.

Had an issue with a welder i bought (It happens), took it back and was directed to Emilly for advice, she was awesome to deal with and offered great advice and a great solution, i'll be recommending Emilly at Total Tools Springwood to anyone I talk to who is looking to buy a welding machine, Thank you!!

Best tool shop around. They always go out of their way to help you out and give you the best deals. They match competitors prices and promotions. They have good technical knowledge. Jason went well out of his way to help me out by collecting a tool (which was not in stock) from another store and get it to me in time for a job I needed it for. Absolute legend. I'll keep coming back for tools and supplies.

Has a huge variety of tools with very cheap price. Staffs are really helpful. Worth recommending. Coming back again.

Ordered my item (Viper Welding Helmet) on Wednesday 19/5/21 and received on Friday 21/5/21 after being told it may take a week or more, very happy bout that. Item is as described.Well definitely use more often.
