Very disappointing!Instead of using common sense to get in touch with someone a surprise parcel gets sent back to Scotland. your address is a non delivery area" is all i got as an excuse! A simple card in the mail to notify someone would be a simple way to let them know there is a parcel waiting for collection."

I've had several packages ordered on different occasions, every time they have not even attempted to deliver, then told me I needed to pick it up from their depot. They were all heavy items and I was heavily pregnant, with a tiny car. One huge package I had to load into my car, with no offer to help and it only just fit. They lied on several occasions, said they delivered an item when they did not, recently they said they attempted delivery when they did not. and refused to deliver the item which will not fit in my car, i also paid for full delivery. I have security cameras and not once have they even attempted to deliver. I still dont have my package. Avoid at all costs!

Went to pick up my furniture items sent by Ikea. The guy found them in no time and even loaded them into my car for me. Thank you so much

Very good service, had a issue where I thought they were missing my house, called the depot and spoke to a nice lady and she called me back straight away with a update and the package was delivered within 20 mins after.Thanks!
