Andy King came to help myself and my mum with some internet issues and he was thorough, efficient, and highly personable. After calling he was at our door within the hour. While he was here and we were on hold with Telstra tech support, he also helped me choose a new laptop for university which was also very much appreciated. Great service and we highly recommend! Andrew listened carefully as I outlined my queries and problems. He quickly resolved them and also suggested ways where I cd make better use of my laptop eg a new modem to increase speed, how to find my passwords, and various other tips. I was very happy with his service.

Always at the end of a phone for assistance immediately. At our first meeting, Andy was able to fix, within seconds, an annoying glitch I had endured for months on my computer. Another computer tech had taken many unsuccessful hours attempting to fix it and sent a massive bill.Andy has acted as an excellent consultant for us, enabling us to access our files anywhere on any device. This had been problematic in the past and not remedied by others in the field. He has also been able to recommend many good programs related to my business.I would recommend his competence as he is really interested in problem-solving.

Andrew was very Professional and extremely patient with both me and my husband. We are elderly and find new technology difficult. Andrew spent many hours setting up lap tops for us over a couple of days, so we had time to practise newly acquired skills before moving on. We would have no hesitation recommending him , and will be using him again when needed.
