Over the years I've seen a few counselors, stopping my sessions early within the process because of a lack of connection with the therapist, leading to feelings of helplessness and isolation. I now understand why people often say to keep searching until you find someone who is the right fit for you. Dr Thomas Dellmann has ignited my confidence in councelling, and I actually look forward to our sessions. Thomas is a very warm, positive person who leaves you with feelings of confidence and empowerment after the session. I really appreciate the safe space he creates for me to open up and explore my experiences and feelings and genuinely listens to what I'm expressing. Thomas instinctively knows when and how to direct my focus in our sessions by asking thought provoking questions and providing enlightning insights to the issues I'm battling. I highly recommend you give Thomas a chance to help you achieve a better relationship with yourself or your partner.

The thought of couples counselling is often terrifying in itself but I am so glad I found Dr Thomas. My partner had had bad experiences with psychologists before and so was hesitant to try again.
