Mobile Experts Castle Towers

I recently went to this phone repair shop and had an extremely disappointing experience. The repair technician drew on the edge of my phone with a sharpie right in front of me to cover the issue. I was shocked and couldn't believe that someone would do that. To make matters worse, the technician left glue on my phone and asked me to clean it myself after waiting for 3 hours. I couldn't believe the lack of care and attention to detail. Overall, I would not recommend this shop to anyone. The quality of their repairs is simply horrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I was served by Leanna to fix a cracked and scraped protective phone case, whilst they didn't have a the best replacement in stock, she fixed me with a temporary one. She was so helpful, lovely and quick I would definitely go back in future.

I had an amazing experience here. I was searching for mobile plan for my son's watch in plaza, luckily I went to this shop where Leanna helped me and suggested the best possible plan for the watch. She was very considerate and helpful, and went out of the way to activate the plan there and then, so I may go out of the shop with my kid's watch up and running. :)

Thanks a lot to the specialist who did my repairs today. He is a very professional and good person. Before we came to this place we visited other mobile repair services but they could not do anything. In comparison, my phone was fixed quickly and professionally here. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have just visited Mobile Experts in Castle Towers. My husband's phone would not charge. Ali looked after us and we cannot rate him high enough. He was so courteous and identified the problem. I dropped my brand new Samsung S22 Ultra and broke the screen just 3 weeks after purchase. The phone screen was flickering and I could not use the mobile. I called the number of mobile-experts.com.au along with several other repairers in the Hills district. Farzad in HO (who is the Technical manager) was very professional and helpful. He asked me to get it diagnosed in the Castle Hill centre and ordered the parts straight. When I spoke to Farzad I had a good feeling and knew I was in good hands. He told me for the Green color handset I was looking at $459, whilst most other repairers quoted me $490 - 550. I trusted Mobile experts to get it done and went ahead and paid the 50% advance which was $229. Farzad ordered the parts immediately and asked me to wait 24-48 hours for it to be delivered to the store. I did not need to leave my phone in their hands, which was a good deal for me. 36 hours later Ali from the store called me to say the parts are in and I could come in and get the phone fixed. This was at 9 AM in the morning. I went in the store again by 9.30 AM. At the store I was greeted by Ali who was such a good gentleman with common sense customer service approach and also a very good Technician. Whilst I waited for about 30-45 minutes Ali fixed my phone and also trouble shot many of the technical details after the fix... So went above and beyond. Thank you Ali, Farzad and Hardip who helped me get my mobile fixed and is as good as new with Samsung original parts!

I fix my Phone yesterday.. the lady who was serving[ anu ] was very quick , she fix my phone in 10 min and also recommend to buy protector, will visit soon.

Left my husbands iPhone 11 with these people at Castle Hill on 12 February 2023 and they seem to have lost itThey don't seem to be able to give any indication when it might appear.Next stop Consumer affairsDo yourself a favour, Dont use these people

Make sure you check the amount before you tap your credit card. The amount was different to the spoken quote. Misleading and expensive. Don’t bother with this store.

Sunny is a great guy who's not happy until you are. Replaced a laptop battery and there was a small fault, Sunny ordered new parts in anticipation of the fix even though they proved to not be needed.
