Spot on Panels

Very happy with the service and work done on my X-TRAIL. They even pushed the job through faster so we could have it in time for camping this Christmas.

Very disappointed picked up my car last Thursday in the rain couldn't access the my car as it was lefted in the rain. Next day noticed that there was paint running down my door. Call next day left message no call back so l end up taking my car back and they blamed me and wouldn't take responsibility for the paint on my door told me to go through my insurance to repair the damage they had done.The accessor advised me that someone through an egg on my car and said that was the issue. What a joke. wouldn't take responsibility and had the nerve to actually blame me. Was told l needed proof. I have used this panel shop multiple times with different vehicles and now wouldn't uses them again. People word of advise take photos of all your panels before U go and double check your car before driving away. Extremely disappointed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, INCOMPETANT BAD WORKMANSHIP AND CAR COMES BACK IN WORST STATE, electrical problems and water leak problemsHad car back four times only to find it come back with additional problems. Absolutely no quality control. Even my interior had visible damage that was not there before, just incompetent all round.

Took my car there for repair as it was the chosen repairer for my insurance company.The car was badly damaged and I expected it to take months. But they finished the job in less than 3 weeks.The customer service staff were very polite and cheerful, special shout-out to Ingrid for her cheerful and lovely demeanor.Cheers!

The receptionist Ingrid was extremely rude and offensive. Kept arguing that my car was not there even though i mentioned my car is already undergoing repairs. She even shouted and yelled and made nasty comments. She should be fired and not allowed to do customer service. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.

From start to finish, the experince was smooth. The ladies at reception were helpful, polite and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend

Highly recommend this place, I found the receptionists to be very friendly and helpful throughout my process, I had crashed my car 3 weeks after I had purchased it and it was sent here by my insurance company, after reading reviews I was a Lil worried but I completely disagree to the negative feedback this place has received, my car needed to be quoted and then reviewed by my insurer wich they helped speed the process up, then once they got approval they got straight into repairing it, they were more than happy to keep me updated throughout the process which I will admit I was very persistent with as I had to return my hire car after 2 weeks, but they were very patient and understanding and got my car repaired very quickly, the whole process took 3 weeks and my car came back to me as good as new, I was worried my car would not be able to be repaired but they did a fantastic job,

I had a extremely good experience here. From start to finish the staff were professional in helping me get my commodore repaired. They always kept me in the loop and I felt the process went smoothly.Leanne went above and beyond which made processing my claim stress free.I definitely recommend this place to get your car repaired.
