We had three Samsung smart split systems installed in our new home by Access Air-conditioning (recommended by Harvey Norman). During construction of the house they provided help with positioning the units and advice on wiring. Shortly after hand over the units were installed in one day in a neat and efficient manner. The tradesmen were pleasant to deal with and professional. We did not have any issues with exposed ducting and the units are running well three months later.

I had 2 units installed upstairs,The 2 workers and the office manager were so polite and professional.My neighbours will follow suit with the same service I had.The cleanliness, advice, and trust with them being in my house before I got home was comforting.They didn’t even want a beverage out of politeness.Will recommend them to anyone

The staff followed on every query so quickly and efficiently. the Installers were also professional. no fuss and kept the place clean. would thoroughly recommend them even for repairs. I rang a few other places and did not even want to come unless it is a new installation. Vincent

I found Access Air Conditioning on the Mitsubishi website (they were listed as official dealers). I gave them a call (wanted a split air conditioner in my unit), they provided me with all details; their technician came the next day and I got the quote and docs for my strata next morning. Pretty quick!After I got approval from the strata, Access Air booked the installation works a week later. Four technicians came on time and two hours later I had the air conditioner working in my unit!I also bought the air conditioner from Access Air, they offered me 'price beat' but it wasn't necessary - I checked their price with other retailers (google) and it was one of the best (even without delivery costs).In short, very responsive, on time and seem to care about their customers. Access Airco installed 2 split systems in our home, one of which was not a straightforward install however after two visits they were able to arrive a solution which met our needs, a point that other installers failed to achieve. Throughout the quotation period and during installation they provided excellent service, response time, diligence and very reasonable pricing on all aspects of the solution, and we are very pleased with the outcome. The technicians were very professional and un-intrusive and a PM visited throughout the day to provide oversight which was very professional. The electrician used by Access tried to use an existing spare circuit he found in the switchboard and we appreciated the effort to try to save us money and do a cleaner job. We have no problem recommending Access Airco.

I had 4 devices to install at my place and a crew from Access Air came in yesterday. These Chinese guys did a great job and did not leave before the job was completed, that is 8.30pm. They worked hard and were very efficient. Also very polite, delicate, cleaned every little bit and very honest as one of them did a small damage and instead of hiding it, as it usually happens..... , just told us. Very impressed with these guys, best crew I ever seen. Thank you guys

When requested Access promptly responded in person to provide a detailed written quote to install a small air con unit in an upstairs bedroom. The base quote was approximately as advised over the phone and there were some additional items which were detailed, wall bracket instead of ground mounting etc. Kade the installer and his capable assistant arrived the next day precisely on time and the job was completed neatly and professionally. Special care was taken to clean up and I was impressed with the standard of work.

We waited a few weeks to get an appt - they sent someone who I'm not sure knew what they were doing, seemed inexperienced, was on the phone the whole time getting help/advice I imagine. They said we needed a new unit and even though we followed up, we haven't heard anything back. It is now mid-Winter, we have had a cold and damp house so far. The service overall was disappointing.

I had one unit installed recently and the guys who carried out the work were amazing. They were very polite and helpful. Also the office staff provided great assistance ever since I've contacted them initially until the job was complete. Well done guys, keep up the good work! Well deserved 5 star rating

Guy came to do a quote. Didn't even measure room. Just said you can have 3.5 or 5.5 it's up to you" with absolutely no information on either. Did not discuss options of anything
