Beacon Lighting Claremont
I go into Beacon about once every two years and each time I am reminded why I do not shop there. Unless you need a standard product don't bother and if you do shop there never expect to find a spare or replacement part later. Buy and throw away is the only way at Beacon. Not a shop for those who care about sustainability or quality.

I cannot more highly recommend this store! Lighting choices are overwhelming when you are building a house. Manager Rachel and Montana were so knowledgeable, helpful and personable and without them I would made many errors in my selections.

I have purchased all of the lights for our renovated home from Beacon. I have found the service from the Claremont store to be excellent. The store gave a bulk purchase discount, good advice and, when there was a problem with one light after installation it was fixed very quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend this store.

Worst customer service ever. So not helpful and very rude. Do not recommend going to this particular store ever . Ellenbrook beacon lighting was absolutely amazing and so very helpful definitely 5 ⭐️ star rating for Ellenbrook that’s for sure.

Just been in the Claremont store. They’re obviously not bothered about selling anything as I was the only person in the store for like 10 minutes as the girl behind the counter didn’t even say hello or acknowledge my presence in anyway even though I was stood 5 feet away looking at lights. I probably would have bought some lights but I’ll be going to another beacon store instead.

G'day guys,Just wanted to pass on my thanks to Rachel at the Claremont store.I purchased a whole heap of ceiling fans for my backpackers hostel and Rachel was excellent!I explained what I needed, she then asked me some questions which I hadn't thought of, and as a result I ended up with the perfect fans for the rooms.Easy to deal with and she knew her stuff.Thanks very much.
